Yeah jiu jitsu is a little rough for most. The funny thing is the styles mention (pentjak silat,muay thai,boxing and jiujitsu) are like rock,paper scissors. Pentjak beats muay thai and jiujitsu. Muaythai beats boxing. Boxing beats jiujitsu,pentjak,and muay thai to some extent(ground work sucks) jiu jitsu beats muay thai and boxing when they work them to the ground. However pentjak has advantage simply for the fact that it is consider a lost art, so most do study how to defend it. Not saying this is how the outcomes alway come out but semipredictable if the fighters are equally talented.
