Next time you're near an IParty, just pick up some halloween makeup. It works like a thick lipgloss.

I stocked up on a ton of black and white makup =D I wore my black lipsick today. It's the only time of year I can ever find it.

Halloween makeup usually makes me itchy.
What I made consisted of a full stick of spearmint chapstick, and 3/4 of a square of turquoise eyeshadow that I'm not allergic to. It's nice but it's too thick and comes off too easily.

As far as not being aloud to do something... Well when i had my hair mostly pink for 7 years i never asked my parents to begin with. They will nearly always say no. Is that not the whole point of dying your hair an unnatural color? That and you really love that color XD

Or you could try these. They are amazing and last forever! You only need a little dab for your entire lips, and it comes in some crazy colors. They are shinny though. If the blue is still too dark for you, you could also get the white lip tar and mix a bit of that and a bit of blue to make the color you are looking for. I really think the black and white are a must when getting any of the colors, that way you can make your perfect shade.
