cute!
just make sure you shade the skin around the lips too!
you know how it's darker under the bottom lip where it sticks out, and a little
lighter on the top?c:

also, if you want to add a "shine" make it on a different layer and then lower
the opacity until it's too your liking c;

My recommendation would be to consider looking into proportion if you're going for realism.
This is similar to how I learned them in high school.
I mean clearly there's some fine tuning to be done with proportions like that because everyone is a little different in size and shape
but it'll give you a good idea.
:] After that, my only other suggestion would be to try to give them a more natural shape.
