Ok i was wondering since im on level 8 (soon to be nine)
how do i get a picture siggy and am i on the right level?

You can have a plain text, one line with no colors, sizes or fonts.

You can have plain text like mine. You have to be in a higher level to have pics.

But i have seen people with picture siggys when theyre on like level six!!??

to have a picture in you signature you have to wait till level 30 IF you're not vip and not planning to become one, otherwise, any vip gets to have a signature, no matter what their level, that's the reason why you might have seen people being level 6 and having a sig (and at time some of them were vip, but aren't any longer, but as they didn't touch the edit signature page, they keep the picture.)

Becuz they was vip ( i think) when u become vip the levels will unlock

Yah well it's because they were level 6 and vip
they made the sig aka siggy when they were a vip its just one of the special advantages a vip has
