I've seen a few jobs threads here but I decided to have a go at it. I actually spent a lot of time thinking about the details on how this would work.

How to Apply:
Basically in every store/resturaunt and somewhere in the Movieplex there would be a Now Hiring sign. You click on the sign and a box will pop up (like when you're buying animations), if you don't work there it'll say, "Fill Out an Application". When you click on that it'll say somethign along the lines of "After interviewing you we think you'll fit in great at (insert place you're applying for here). Would you like a position with us?" Then you can chose yes or no.

***So now you work somewhere. This is the only place you'd be able to work. If you worked at Mario's Pizza and decided you wanted to work at Dark Attic, you'd have to quit Mario's Pizza.***

How to Quit:
Go back to where you applied and click on the Now Hiring sign again, this time the box will pop up with an option to quit. If you click on this you'll get asked if you're sure you want to quit, if you chose yes you'll get something like, "We're sorry to see you go and wish you all the best."

How to Work:
You could go back to where you applied and click on the Now Hiring sign and a box would pop up with the Quit or Work option. Clicking work would take you to a game based on the job you have. The work option would obviously only be clickable if you work there and it would only be available once everything 24 hours. Although an easier option would be to just click go to work and you get X amount of coins for that day (the button not being clickable again for another 24 hours).

If you went with the games option:
You could base the games on ones you already have on the site. The games could easily be based slightly on Cake Mania. With resturaunts it would be taking the customers order, getting it made in a timely and correct fashion and taking the money. The retail stores would be greeting the customer (with a sales paper?), stocking merchandise, and ringing out customers. The Movieplex one would be a bit more tricky you could go with selling the tickets, getting refreshments and clean up.

Job Positions/Levels:

This would be the levels for the retail stores
1st Level - Trainee -
2nd Level - Stock Boy/Girl -
3rd Level - Cashier -
4th Level - Floor Clerk -
5th Level - Shift Manager
6th Level - Assistant Manager -
7th Level (for highest level Meezers) - General Manager -

And for the resturaunts
1st Level - Trainee
2nd Level - Dish Washer-
3rd Level - Cook-
4th Level - Cashier -
5th Level - Shift Manager -
6th Level - Assistant Manager-
7th Level - General Manager-

And for the Movieplex
For the Theater
1st Level - Trainee -
2nd Level- Ticket Taker / Usher-
3rd Level- Concessions -
4th - Box Office (basically the person who sells you the tickets) -
5th Level - Shift Manager -
6th Level - Assistant Manager -
7th Level - General Manager -

***yeah I know the 1st, 5th, 6th & 7th levels are all the same. Anywhere you go you start off as a trainee and always the top postions are always management.

Your Paycheck
Your pay would be based on your position/level and if we went with the game idea based on your game/work performance.
1st Level - 50 Coinz
2nd Level - 100 Coinz
3rd Level - 150 Coins
4th Level - 200 Coinz
5th Level - 300 Coinz
6th Level - 400 Coinz
7th Level - 500 Coinz

Promotions:
Your promotion would be based on your game/work performance. If we didn't go with the idea for a game it could be based on forum level. You'd still start at the bottom level even if you have a high level on Meez but you'd move up a lot faster.

***Promotions would come after you've finished the game for that particular day. So you finish playing and you've done enough to get promoted and a little box will pop-up like, "congratulations! You've been promoted! You start as (insert new position here) tomorrow!"

***If you quit a job and apply somewhere else you would start back at the 1st level***

Bonus Stuff:
After you applied for a place a uniform would show up in Meezmaker. (This could even be good for a design contest.)
For the Resturaunts: A visor/hat, apron and t-shirt
For the Retail Stores: A shirt and nametag (it'd look more the backstage pass in Meezmaker)
For the Movieplex: A shirt and nametag.
