Needed:
GIMP 2.6.7 (2.6.7 is the version Im using. I recommend you use this )

Now is the start...

Did I spoil your start?

Step 1. Copy your face or eye closeup (Face is recommended!)


Step 2. Paste it as a new image on GIMP.


Step 3. Click View>Zoom>400%


Step 4. Click any tool and draw on the eye.


Step 5. Click Colors>Colorize.


Step 6. Change the settings to anything you like.


Step 7. Repeat Steps 4-6 on the other eye.

Then your done!
