3.) You need to go to the LEFT SIDE of your LAPTOP's KEYBOARD. Then you will see, on the lower part there is a button written "FN". U need to press that button, and hold it on (dont press anything yet ! Just PRESS IT)
U need to press it for a while...DONT UN-PRESS IT. JUST PRESS IT ALL THE TIME...

4.) While you still pressing the "FN" button. U go to the right side of your LAPTOP's KEYBOARD...
And in the UPPER PART, you will see a button written "INSERT| Prt sc"...
Then while u still press on the "FN" key, u jet combine it by pressing the "INSERT | PRT SC" key...

<a href="http://s231.photobucket.com/albums/ee65/KezKeziaKez/?action=view&current=08-03-08_0955.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i231.photobucket.com/albums/ee65/KezKeziaKez/08-03-08_0955.jpg" ></a>

Hello. I have a HP Pavilion dv9000 and I didn't know where the Print Screen button was. After looking a bit I found the FN button and the Insert one, but on my insert button it says INSERT | SCROLL not prt sc.

But somewhere near the Delete button is the home button, and there is HOME | PRT SC

So I thought maybe some ppl have the print screen button on the insert, and some on the home button. So maybe this will help other meezers who use a laptop.

PS: Here's a pic with my type of keyboard. Sorry for blurry pic http://i33.tinypic.com/2v96vdc.jpg

One way is to open up paint, then paste it there to know if you did get the picture

I'm pretty sure the insert prt sc is the print screen button.
I don't think you need to press "FN"

I have a laptop you see, and I don't need to press the "FN" button.
Just the prt sc button.

f you want to edit it or make it into a poster you go to paint (just for starters xP) and click 'ctrl' 'v'

and it should pop up then you can crop/decorate all u want!
