Default Editing hair on GIMP tutorial =] Finally!

Haii well I am going to try again =] I just got half way throught the tutorial and it had every single detail on then my laptop shut down on me -_-

NOTE:You NEED gimp to be able to follow my tutorial, photoshop is simialar but I wouldn't know much because I don't have it =]

Step One- Download the hair brushes from this link - GIMP Wavy Hair Brushes by ~Project-GimpBC on deviantART

Then if you don't know how to get brushes onto gimp follow this video YouTube - how to add brushes to gimp

Step 2- Get your closeup and remove the meez.com crop it and whatever you normally do =]

Step 3- Once its saved and onto gimp, using the colourpicker tool pick out the colour that is used most in your hairstyle

Step 4- In the brush picker pick the first hairbrush you want to use and use it on the hair so you wouldn't be able to tell it was a brush outline

Step 5- Keep using different brushes (in the same colour) and make your hairstyle as creative as possible =D

Before

After

This was only a 5 minute simple hair edit so here are some of my best ones for you to get ideas from (I made these for other people)

Hope my turorial helps

They are pretty big when you use them but you need to alter the scale in the paintbrush panel thing, that should change the size =]
