| Open up your image. I am using this one which I made with the avatar maker on meezwonders.co.nr (I suggest you use the same image to follow along): ![]() Click the Duplicate Layer button 4 times. ![]() Select the layer Background Copy, and zoom in to the text on the image. Use the fuzzy select tool and select the first letter (holding down shift). ![]() Select the color you want the letters to change into and press down Ctrl + , to fill it in with that color. I am using #fe5265. Don't freak out if the color doesn't change. That's supposed to happen. Now, repeat the same steps but with the different letters on the other layers. Don't touch the Background layer. (Ex: Background Copy #1 = you select the Z. Background Copy #2 = you select the next Z. Background Copy #1 = You select the Y.) Now go to File --> Save As. Make sure you save as a GIF. ![]() Select "Save As Animation" and click Export. ![]() Use these settings, click save, and you're done! (You can mess around with milliseconds) ![]() Here are the ending results: ![]() | |||||||
