Ok , you need paintshop pro.7 to do it ,go to file , click import , then screen capture . ( Use the meezmaker ) To do it you have to click the right button on your mouse , ( Look at my profile for some pics ) You can do really cute outfits , and then do animations, And catch it . Then crop it andthen zoom in and you can use the touchup button and make the skin lighter , Don't do it too muc though or it will make your meez a weird blue color o.o .. And then you save it , and if you wanna post it on meez or email it click the JPEG when you save it , And if you wanna post it on meez Go to google And find a web that can import pics to meez.. I'm not sure what its called . I hope I helped =]

The tutorial is great it needs some work but it is fun.
it is called photobucket.com or tinypic, those are just two.
also there are other programs so saying that you "Need" paintshop pro7
is not necessarily correct, saying this tutorial is for Paintshop pro7 that would be more useful
