Im not downloading anything, and i wanted to know how i would make one with out it

Well if u make a siggy with just paint , it wont look good, and ur not ready for a full siggy yet anyway. And gimp is free and easy to download

will it give me a virus if i download it? If my computer crashes, then i cant get it fixed and yeah. I dont want that
