Default Making videos

I can't seem to get my videos to look GOOD! I've used Cam studio to screen shot, changed the settings but when I play it, it is pixilated. Then when I import it into Windows Movie Maker, it gets squooshed and pizilates even more.

What am I doing wrong.. I want to use this really fun animation in my classroom!
