| Hello everyone! Today, I'm going to show you how to make luscious lips in Gimp. This can also be done in Photostop. It works best with big closeups. First things first, open your image in Gimp and zoom into the lips. ![]() If you want to change the shape of the lips, use the smudge tool to do so. ![]() Use the blur tool and blur the lips to get rid of pixels. ![]() Now, select the dodge/burn tool. Set the range to HIGHLIGHT. (I included my toolbox in this picture so you could copy my settings.) Using a 1 px. Brush, dodge short lines in the middle of the bottom lip. Go over the lines a few times. ![]() Get the blur tool. Set the rate to 30.0 and lightly blur the lines you just made. ![]() Go back to the dodge/burn tool. Keep your range on highlight except, this time, use Circle Brush 3 and BURN a line in the middle of the lips. (Where the top and bottom lips meet.) ![]() Select the blur tool, set the rate back to 50.0, and blur this line. ![]() Get your burn tool, and set the brush to the 1 px. Brush again. Line the lips. You might want to go over it a few times. ![]() Blur the outline you just made. ![]() There you have it! Luscious lips. Here is the final result. ![]() If you like it, please support. If I get enough positive feedback, I'll make an eye tutorial. | |||||||

Or you can hold Control and scroll up for down with your mouse. Down to zoom OUT. Up to zoom IN.
