u mean i siggy? You have to get to a certain level for that, or be VIP.

when you do get to a high enough level, click settings, and youll see it there

Im so happy, i finally got gimp 2 and made my hair style look better, but im wondering if gimp or photoshop is better

Hmph.. I just downloaded Photoshop about 5 mins ago and Im tihnking the same tihng. I have both GIMP and Photoshop idk why.O.o

I believe Photoshop has more options but I see GIMP is more simple. If you're a beginner, use GIMP. When you're more advanced use PhotoShop.
