Go to google.com and seach gimp downloads and their will be a bunch of downloads that can take place, or just go to

GIMP - Downloads

and click Download GIMP 2.6.6

and it should say
Download GTK+ and The GIMP installers for Windows

and there ya goooooo
i already set it up for u to download so add me and your welcome just click on download

It shouldnt give ur pc a virus its scanned and that I'm aware of unless u have viruses already then it shouldnt be infected.
