In this tutorial I will try to teach you how to save your audacity projects into MP3, WAV, etc. For this tutorial you will need 4 things. 1.) computer 2.) Microphone 3.) AUDACITY 4.) Well when you download it ,and click export as MP3, your computer will ask you to find the file on your computer and you should be able to know where you saved it to

Is there a way to take just a regular music file that you put on to your computer and change the voice of it and edit it. Because i cant figure it out.

Yeah just open audacity, then go to FILE>IMPORT FILE(or music, what ever the import tab is) and find the song to add

Ive tried that but when i press play, it goes threw the song in 5 seconds, and when i tried to add effects to it, it sounded like a loud screetchy noise
