Step 1:
Make a canvas size. Which ever you prefer. I will be using 340x120 px

Step 2:
Find yourself a background. Either google it or find it in photobucket. Resize it.
Copy [Ctrl+C] Paste [Ctrl+V] the background to the canvas.


Step 3:
Find yourself a texture. Depending on your signature.
Copy [Ctrl+C] the texture. Click on your main image. Click Edit-Paste special-Image with linked mask.

Step 4:
Play with Gamma Correct until you get ur desired effect.

Step 5:
Add frame/border to the canvas.
Click Image-Outside Frame


Step 6:
Find a render that suits your background.
Duplicate it [Ctrl+U]


on the duplicated picture click Image-Transparency Mask
Tolerance 0 Blur then press OK

Step 7:
Copy [Ctrl+C] the duplicated picture click on the Original Picture
Click Edit-Paste Special-Assemble-Right

Step 8:
Copy the Editted Picture. Click on the main image
Click Edit-Paste Special-Image with linked mask

then thats it.! Add text. And ur done!
