In honor of my "hopeful" level 10 status tomorrow, I'm putting up a tutorial on one of my favorite backgrounds!
I call it in "Zoom In" Effect
PS
You can use this effect for eyes, but just skip the first 6 steps, and put in some noise. Make sure its monochromatic and Uniform. Have fun!
