Hello there!

Tutorial for beautiful background.

Follow steps and learn something new!
Enjoy!

1. Open Photofiltre

You can download it here:

2. Click on "New".


3. Choose size 400x200 pixels.

4. Click on Filter->Color->Gradient

5. Gradient's settings>
Style-Duotone
Direction- Bottom to top
Color 1- Dark Red
Color 2- Red
Color 1 opacity: 100%
Color 2 opacity: 20%

Ok.



6. Go to Filter--->Artistic--->Comics strip



7. Click again on Filter-->Artistic-->Oil-base paint



8. Filter-->Soften-->Soften



9. Filter-->Deform-->Twirl





10. Twirl settings

Background-Dark red
Direction-Clockwise
Amount-2

Ok.



11. Tadaaa Background

You can also put your closeup and text.

12. Open closeup.

13. Remove backgroud of your closeup.

14. Copy your closeup and put it in background.

(Mark closeup-->copy-->paste)



15. Add text.

And it would work just as well on gimp wouldnt it?

I think it wouldn't but I am not sure.

In Gimp are different filters and features.
