Ok first of all ,open up your closeup on gimp .go to smudge , and use the circle (15) . Scale it to 1.00 .


carefully smuge along every bit of the hair . (try not to go out of the hair onto the backround)


then click blur/sharpen , use circle(19) and set the scale to 1.50, go over the hair with it.
there you have it Smooth hair shannons way !
