Default How do you use it?

How do you use gimps tools?I tried but they had these thingys in the hair and it didnt do anything.Like i tried using the fuzzy tool and it just had lines on the hair. Plz tell me how to use the tools on gimp.Plz leave a comment down there if yu do know how! Thanks

That looks like a letter brush. Don't use it in hair.
