Bright White Blank Eyes (A easy way, GIMP)

1-Open GIMP, open your Image
2- Zoom in the eye.
3- Color the whole eye white
4- Use the Blur tool (Water drop) and olor the whole eye in that tool.(Use a GIGANTIC fuzzy bursh.)
6-Do that with the other eyes.
