Ok so This is What I do to Make BEAUTIFUL Siggys :]
First I Download Photofiltre
Free software downloads and reviews - Softonic
It takes Me to this

In the Search Box Write "PhotoFiltre"

Click The First One (circled Above)
Once Its Done Downloading
Take a Picture Of your Meez!
To get a Perfect Screen Shot
Click Veiw And Go to Zoom
Or You can Press CTRL++ How Ever Many Times You'd Like..
If you want add a Animation!
After Open Up Paint!
Then Click Paste

Next You Go around Your Image With The Square Tool (circled above)
Then You have to go to Edit And Go to Crop
(Circled above Also.)
After Your Going to Have To go up To
File and Press Save as
Name It anything You want.
Now Open Up PhotoFiltre!

I pressed File And Open Clicked My Closeup and wala!
Now You Can Do any hair edits Or Eye edits.

Now You have to Do the transparency. To do this You Have to Press a Special Button

Now It takes you to this

Click Yes.
Then It takes you to this

After all that it turns out like this

Now You can either Find a Image Of google or make your own!
Click on new

Then it takes you to this

Now You click on the Height Whatever and the width whatever
For ex: I picked 600 For Height and 400 For the width

Took me to this

So now You click Filter

Click Color

Then Gradient.

Pick Yah Colors Mayne!
then Ok!

Now It gave You that!
So Now You can Go Back up To Filter and Click Like Artistic and Visual ANd all the Other stuff then it Comes Out. Ex:

Now You Left Click Your Closeup and Press Copy

Then Paste It On your Cute Little Picture

And Then You save It :]
