I have a question about those spoilers. Do you have to be a certain level in the forums to use them in your siggy? I didn't see this in the text so i wasn't sure.

The spoiler is a bbcode/internet code, the level that allows to have active bbcode/internet is level 15:

thus to be able to use a spoiler you have to be at least level 15.
If ever you have a dout about what your level alows you to do and whatnot, when you edit your signature, scroll down the text box, under it should be some informations like that:

see the "allow/not allowed" part...? Just check if the " allow code bbcode" is set as "allowed" if yes, then that means you can use it
That's a very good question here...i actually didn't thought about it at all...i shall add a note for that
