| Two Words Can Start It All Part 1 One simple word, one simple place. The weathered stone of the cathedral walls loomed around them, as they sat in prayers to the statue of their god. She kept slitting one eye open to see the same boy staring at her, and he always tried to hide it by quickly shutting his eyes again. Her giggle was heard by people around her, shushing her until she looked back to see him blushing. The cobblestone of the ground was humid and sticky, and the golden statue sat above them, in a superior state. Openings showed the beautiful, clear day time sky, and the sun making it all the better accomponied by the sweet chitter-chatter of birds. She sat silently once again, with her blond hair, straight and perfectly resting on her shoulders, and her mother's old blue sundress. She looked back once again to the amazing feeling that came over her. Suddenly, when she caught a good glimpse of this boy, his eyes were beautiful, and her heart rose. She giggled, and with one connection to his eyes, she melted. Both laughing, they were shushed again, and the priest got infront of the crowd to speak. "Do you dare mock this time devoted soley to the lord?" For some odd reason, she felt courageous and rebellious now. She sat up straight, no longer in prayers, and whispered to herself, "Who needs you, anyways.." | |||||

Note: alright, this is part 2. Feel free to stop at any moment and correct anything that may seem off, or is just incorrect. :] Part 2 Before he could question her, she bowed back down and looked back just once more to see the boy again. He continued to stare, no longer trying to hide it. Her confidence seemed to boost automatically, and a smile rose without her permission. The priest came to again. "Alright, that's it, out you two! Out! This cathedral is for those who feel they need the lord! You are obviously not interested." He snapped. "No," She stood along with the boy and rejected, "I never did feel the need to come here, really... In fact, i'm not sure why I ever did come... I guess it was the only place I really felt to be home. I don't need your beliefs." She quickly snapped back. It got dreadfully quiet, and everyone turned their attention to her and the boy. She went over to him, looking everyone in the eye. "I want my own freedom...I feel no need to come somewhere where I feel forced to believe what you all believe." She rebelled. Anger rose on each and every persons face, and they all seemed to want to get up. The priest commanded his two strongest men in the crowd to escort them out. "Very well then, satanist. You there, see to it that these two make their way out of here, and that they go far, far away." The priest demanded, frowning with disappointment and shame. | |||||
